BENGALURU: In a recent gathering near his residence, Karnataka Chief Minister D K Shivakumar assured apartment owners that the state government is taking steps to address their grievances. He emphasized the importance of property registration and the need for buyers to have rightful ownership of their apartments. Bhu Guarantee Initiative

Shivakumar introduced the Bhu Guarantee initiative, aimed at securing digital property rights and simplifying land ownership.
